There were a lot of great songs in 2017, here are our some of our favorites:

“Look What You Made Me Do” – Taylor Swift

After a long awaited album release, Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” surprised fans with the controversial “new” Taylor. She left her country past behind and previewed her Reputation album with this hit single.

“Perfect Duet” – Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé

It’s hard not to love a duet with everyone’s favorite singers, Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé! The “Perfect Duet” is a great song to sing along to and is definitely perfect!

“Location” and “Young Dumb & Broke” – Khalid

“Location” and “Young Dumb & Broke” by Khalid were two of the top hits of 2017. Khalid had one of his best years in 2017, since he was discovered and quickly rose to fame with his catchy, chill music.

“Despacito – Remix” – Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee ft. Justin Bieber

Attracting not only those who can understand the lyrics, the “Despacito – Remix” by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber broke the charts when it was released. This single could be heard playing on repeat everywhere the first couple of months after it was released.  

“How Far I’ll Go” – Alessia Cara

From everyone’s favorite movie (Moana, of course) came the 2017 hit “How Far I’ll Go” by Alessia Cara. This song caught the attention of people from all ages who couldn’t get enough of the movie, and even those who hadn’t seen it!

“Thunder” – Imagine Dragons

Imagine Dragons had yet another successful year in the music industry, releasing the single “Thunder” as part of their Evolve album. This song surely stole the thunder!

“There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” – Shawn Mendes

“There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” by the one-and-only Shawn Mendes was one of the top hits of his album Illuminate. There’s nothing holdin’ me back from loving this song!
